Chicken Wrap

Chicken breasts X 2
Gluten free wraps X 4
carrots X 2
Cucumber X2
Onion X1
Salad leaves (Rocket lettuce leaves or any others)
Cherry tomatoes
Salt & Pepper
Paprika
Any spread (Spicy capsicum)
Tahini


  • Marinate chicken breasts in Tahini and a little salt for few hours. 
  • Stir fry chicken breasts and shred into thin slices.
  • Wram the wrap for 10 seconds in the microwave
  • Apply spicy capsicum spread on half of the wrap
  • In the center arrange lettuce leaves, other veges and chicken shreds. Add salt & pepper and paprika. 
  • Wrap it up and serve with cherry tomatoes by the side.
